The ELO Marketplace started with a simple question: why should transferring available equipment within an organisation be more complicated than finding a product on a modern marketplace?
Instead of digitally reproducing an existing administrative process, the workflow was redesigned from the user's perspective. Users enter directly through search, categories and available items. Authentication only becomes relevant once an actual interaction is required.
The key design decision was intentional simplicity. No complex workflows before initial contact, no overloaded forms and no attempt to move every downstream process into the platform.
The marketplace handles discovery, availability, requests and status tracking. The actual handover can remain flexible between the involved parties. Where formal documentation is required, it can be added selectively or transferred to existing systems.
The result is a lightweight digital product experience that makes existing resources more visible while still providing enough structure for professional operation.
